1% of your day is 14.4 minutes. I keep thinking about this. Our actions affect every area of our lives. It is sort of like the snowball effect. If you do one thing, this will happen. It's also seed time and harvest.
For example, what if you spent 1% of your day writing? How would that affect you? Writing has been shown to help your mental health. It is like free therapy.
This applies to other areas as well. What if you read your Bible for 14.4 minutes a day? How would that affect you? God says His Word is like seed. It will produce a harvest.
What can you do for 14.4 minutes today that will positively impact your own life, and those around you?
Here's are some suggestions:
Write a story.
Write a blog post.
Journal.
Read your Bible.
Read a book.
Clean out your closet.
Clean out your car.
Go through your kitchen and collect items to donate.
Tap a nap.
Learn a new skill.
How would completing just one of these activities snowball into other areas of your life?
